Standard machines: full payment before shipment (T/T bank transfer). Custom machines: 30–50% deposit, balance after you approve the trial-run video. We use verifiable company bank accounts — never personal accounts.

Standard machines ship in 7–20 days. Custom machines typically 20–45 days depending on complexity. You get the exact date on the quotation, and a video of your machine running before it leaves.

EXW, FOB or CIF — your choice. Smaller machines often go by air or express; full lines by sea in export wooden cases with fumigation stamps. HS codes and export documents are prepared by us.

One year on the machine. Wear parts (blades, dies) are consumables. During warranty the factory supplies replacement parts and we cover coordination; you cover international freight. Remote video support is free for the life of the machine.

Yes — we arrange factory visits in the Kunshan/Suzhou area with notice. Most customers instead use our trial-run video service: we run your material samples on the actual machine, on camera.

Yes. Every quotation includes the HS code; shipments include commercial invoice, packing list, CE certificate where applicable, and bill of lading. We can also pre-check the import duty rate for your country.
