Bench-Mount Hot Air Heat Shrink Machine with Through-Table Air Outlet WM-667ZM
The WM-667ZM builds heat shrinking into the workbench itself. The 3 kW resistance-wire heater and 50 W centrifugal fan mount under the table and blow temperature-controlled air up through an outlet flush with the work surface, so the operator shrinks tube by passing the harness over the nozzle with both hands still on the part. Standard circular outlets of Ø25 mm and Ø50 mm are intended for harnesses under Ø25 mm. The specification lists outlet air around 480 °C, temperature-control accuracy of ±3 °C and noise of 42 dB. Confirm the permitted setpoint and measurement conditions before use. Total power is 3.05 kW on 220 V, 50 Hz; net weight is 19 kg.

Key features
- The air outlet sits flush in the bench, so shrinking becomes one more move at the assembly table — no gun to pick up, no separate heat station to walk to
- Both hands guide the harness across the rising hot air, helping the operator position marker sleeves; verify the final position and legibility after shrinking
- Solid-state temperature control has a specified accuracy of ±3 °C; the listed safe operating temperature is below 395 °C. Confirm the permitted setting before use and follow the operating instructions around the hot outlet and its protective cover
- The specified noise level is 42 dB; the under-table layout helps conserve workbench space, subject to installation clearance
What it processes
- Shrinking terminal insulation sleeves on harness ends right at the assembly board
- Marker sleeve and splice-cover shrinking on harnesses under Ø25 mm
- Bench cells where one operator alternates taping, plugging and shrinking without changing stations
Suited for: harness assembly tables where shrinking happens between other hand operations — terminal sleeves, marker sleeves and splice covers on bundles under Ø25 mm, with the temperature fixed by the controller and both hands free on the part. Not suited for: thick bundles, fixed large-diameter sections or continuous conveyor work — for harness sections up to Ø100 mm, pick the WM-664 infrared heat shrink oven, and for conveyor-fed sleeve volume the WM-666 crawler belt tunnel oven — the fixed-station and inline complements to this bench unit.
Send us a bundle of your wires with the exact shrink tube you use — we shrink them over this outlet on camera and mail the finished samples back, so you judge the result on your own parts before you order.

WM-667ZM — common questions
How is this better than a heat gun lying on the bench?
A gun occupies one hand and delivers whatever distance and angle the operator happens to hold. Here the air column rises from a fixed outlet at a controller-held temperature, both hands guide the part, and the fixed outlet helps operators repeat the process. Dwell time, handling and tube construction still affect the result, so we verify the finish on your actual harness.
What harness and tube sizes does it handle?
The suggested harness diameter is under 25 mm, with Ø25 mm and Ø50 mm circular outlets supplied as standard. Longer sleeves are shrunk by drawing the section steadily across the outlet, so sleeve length is limited by the operator's sweep, not by a chamber size.
What is it not designed to do?
Thick bundles and jobs needing all-round simultaneous heat — a rising air column heats what passes over it, so bundles above roughly Ø25 mm or fixed 100 mm-class sections shrink better in the infrared oven among the heat shrink processing machines. It is also a bench tool, not a conveyor tunnel for continuous production.
