30-Ton Servo Terminal Crimping Machine, 300 kN for New-Energy Harnesses WM-3130T
Our WM-3130T is a semi-automatic servo terminal crimping press with 300 kN force, a 30 mm stroke and a 7.5 kW motor. The 370 kg machine uses touchscreen controls and includes crimping error alarms. Send your terminal and wire samples so we can match the tooling and demonstrate the connection against your acceptance requirements.

Key features
- A dedicated 300 kN configuration for jobs requiring this force class; we match the die and cable before you order
- Servo-driven crimping reduces repeated manual pressing effort while the operator presents the prepared cable
- Crimp error alarms cover overlap crimping, un-stripped cable, cut core wire and missing terminal; we demonstrate detection with the selected job
- Touchscreen control with English interface for parameter setting and daily operation
- Designed for terminal crimping with high precision requirements, including new-energy wiring harness work
What it processes
- New-energy vehicle and battery harness terminals where crimp quality is audited
- Charging cables and energy-storage harnesses crimped with hexagonal or shaped dies
- Harness shops upgrading from clutch presses to servo force control
Match the 300 kN press to your terminal and tooling
Our WM-3130T is the 30-ton configuration, with a 30 mm stroke, 7.5 kW motor and 520 × 540 × 1,030 mm machine dimensions. The operator presents the prepared cable for crimping. Send terminal samples, a drawing and your production wire so we can select the die and demonstrate the finished result.
Compare force and stroke separately
The WM-3110T 10-ton servo press provides 100 kN force with a 30 mm stroke. The WM-3120T 20-ton servo press provides 200 kN with a 40 mm stroke. Each has its own specifications and machine photos. Higher force does not automatically mean more loading clearance or a better connection.
For another tooling and force configuration, compare our WM-3135T cable lug crimping machine. We review the terminal and wire samples against the required crimp profile before recommending a press.
Agree the checks before ordering
Give us your crimp dimensions, pull-test requirements and representative batch sizes. We demonstrate the crimping process and the agreed alarm checks on your materials. Include setup, cable handling and inspection when evaluating useful output.
We set the voltage for your country and ship the English interface and manual. For wear parts, every quote lists them with unit price and the location they ship from.

Choose and troubleshoot this process
- How to Choose a Terminal Crimping MachineChoose a terminal crimping machine by terminal presentation, wire range, applicator standard, required process steps, inspection method and production mix.
- Terminal Crimp Defects: Causes, Inspection and Corrective ActionsTroubleshoot low pull force, incorrect crimp height, strand loss, bellmouth defects, insulation support problems and inconsistent terminal feeding.
- Ferrule Crimping: Strip Length, Terminal Fit and Chain-Fed vs Loose-Fed MachinesCompare chain-fed and loose-ferrule crimping machines by wire preparation, changeover, terminal fit and batch output. Check WM-3243 and WM-3246 specifications.
WM-3130T — common questions
How does WM-3130T differ from the 10-ton and 20-ton machines?
WM-3130T has 300 kN force, 30 mm stroke and 7.5 kW motor power. WM-3110T has 100 kN, 30 mm and 2.3 kW; WM-3120T has 200 kN, 40 mm and 5.5 kW. Match the terminal, die and loading clearance rather than selecting by force alone.
Do crimping alarms replace acceptance testing?
No. We demonstrate the specified alarm conditions with your job and agree finished-crimp inspection and any required pull testing. Alarm capability does not establish a calibrated force-curve monitoring or data-export function.
Does this press prepare the cable automatically?
This is a semi-automatic press for prepared cables. For automatic cutting, stripping and termination, see our terminal crimping machines and send the required process sequence.
