Key features
- Prepare repeat tube lengths without measuring each piece by hand: set the cut length through the 7-inch color touchscreen, then use automatic belt feeding and cutting.
- Adjust the working clearance for the tube: pressure-roller height and both blade-holder travel limits are set digitally, with a servo motor and precision-ground screw controlling the cutter.
- Protect the tube surface with belt feeding designed to avoid pressure marks and scratches. We check the surface, cut end and measured length on your tube samples.
- Install without a compressed-air connection: the machine requires electrical power but no air supply. Modular interfaces allow accessories and peripheral equipment to be matched to the job.
- Receive a setup ready for your destination: we set the voltage for your country and ship the English interface and manual.
What it processes
- Pneumatic tubing cut to repeat assembly lengths
- Low-pressure plastic oil tubing prepared in production batches
- PVC tubing cut to length, with material and wall thickness checked on samples
- Heat-shrink tubing and other plastic tubing prepared for downstream assembly
Our WM-606 prepares pneumatic tubing, low-pressure oil tubing, PVC tubing and heat-shrink tubing in repeat cut lengths. Belt feeding and a 14-wheel drive move the material through a floor-standing machine, with length settings entered on the 7-inch color touchscreen. The standard processing range is 4–30 mm, with 30–50 mm available as a custom configuration.
The blade holder uses a servo motor and precision-ground screw. Its upper and lower travel limits and the pressure-roller height are digitally adjustable. The listed maximum passage is Ø40 mm; for a custom tube diameter, we confirm the passage and cutting arrangement before the order. The specified output of 4,000 pcs/h applies to 100 mm cut lengths and Ø10 mm tubing.
Modular interfaces support accessories and peripheral equipment. MES and IoT connectivity, fixed-position inkjet marking, mid-span stripping and external auxiliary-equipment alarms can be selected for the job. These are optional functions, not included in every standard machine.
Send your tube material, outside diameter, wall thickness, target lengths and acceptable tolerance. Include the coil dimensions and recurring batch quantity. We test the application and show the result so you can evaluate the finished pieces before committing to the machine.

WM-606 — common questions
Which tube materials and wall thicknesses can we run?
We cut pneumatic tubing, low-pressure oil tubing, PVC tubing, heat-shrink tubing and other plastic tubing. Send the material, outside diameter, wall thickness and a sample. We test the cut end, surface condition and finished length before confirming the setup.
Is 50 mm part of the standard range, and what does the 40 mm passage mean?
The standard processing range is 4–30 mm. The 30–50 mm range is a custom configuration, while the listed maximum passage diameter is Ø40 mm. These are separate specifications: confirm the passage and cutting setup for your required custom diameter before ordering.
What output can we expect?
The specified production rate is 4,000 pcs/h at a cutting length of 100 mm and a tube diameter of 10 mm. This is not a rate for every material or length. We run your tube and required lengths to confirm the output for your job.
Is the machine fully servo driven as standard?
The blade holder uses a servo motor and precision-ground screw. The 14-wheel drive has a servo-motor option; this does not make every drive a standard servo axis. The component list includes one 400 W servo motor, which is a motor rating rather than the total machine input power.
Which functions are optional?
MES connectivity, IoT connectivity, fixed-position inkjet marking, mid-span stripping and external auxiliary-equipment alarms are optional. We confirm the selected functions, interfaces and any custom tube-processing arrangement on the quote.
What does the cutting tolerance mean?
The specification states within 0.003 × L, where L is the cutting length. This corresponds to 0.3 mm at a 100 mm length and 3 mm at 1000 mm. We measure your sample pieces against the tolerance required by your assembly.
Can every tube be cut at the minimum length setting?
The specified length range is 1–999999.99 mm. The usable finished-piece length depends on the tube and cutting setup. We confirm your shortest and longest required pieces in the sample run rather than treating the setting range as a guarantee for every material.
Will it feed directly from our coil?
We review coil weight, dimensions and the incoming path before confirming the setup. Supply drag can affect feeding even when the tube fits the guides. For a matched coil supply arrangement, see our payoff and feeding equipment.
Is automation worthwhile for an occasional batch of 1,000 pieces?
A suitable hand cutter and length stop may be sufficient for occasional small batches. Automatic cutting becomes more useful when recurring batches of many thousands keep staff measuring and cutting instead of assembling. Send the batch frequency and piece lengths so we can assess the job with you.
What power and air supply does it need?
The power supply is AC 220 V, 50/60 Hz, with AC 110 V, 50/60 Hz available as an option. No compressed air is required. We set the voltage for your country and ship the English interface and manual.
How do we obtain replacement blades and belts?
For blades, belts and other wear parts, every quote lists them with unit price and the location they ship from. We identify the replacement parts for your machine configuration.
