Automatic Crawler-Feed Tube Cutting Machine without Inkjet Printer WM-609

CE Certified Cutting-only configuration

Get a quote for WM-609 →

Our WM-609 feeds and cuts tube to length without an inkjet printer. Servo-driven crawler feeding and conveyor outfeed handle the material through an enclosed cutting station, with setup on a 7-inch color touchscreen. This cutting-only configuration uses pneumatic-cylinder cutting, a digitally controlled cutter-feed motor and a 60 mm cutter-feed stroke. The listed size is 160 × 70 × 150 cm and weight is approximately 165 kg. It is supplied as a standalone cutting-only machine.

Key features

  • Prepare unmarked tube lengths in one material path: servo crawler feeding advances the tube to the cutting station, and the conveyor carries the cut pieces out. No printer is included.
  • Reduce concentrated feed pressure on the tube: opposed crawler belts provide an extended contact area. We test your material for surface marks, deformation and repeat length.
  • Check the cutting area through the transparent guard: the enclosed station remains visible, and opening the safety cover stops the machine.
  • Change production settings from the 7-inch color touchscreen. We set the voltage for your country and ship the English interface and manual.
  • Plan replacement blades and belts before production: every quote lists them with unit price and the location they ship from.

What it processes

  • Recurring cut-to-length batches of corrugated tubing for cable protection
  • Smooth plastic tube preparation for equipment and assembly work, subject to sample testing
  • Unmarked tube lengths for downstream kitting, sleeving or separate identification processes

Our WM-609 is for recurring tube-cutting work that does not require inline inkjet marking. Servo-driven crawler belts feed the material into the enclosed cutting station, and a conveyor carries the cut lengths away. The 7-inch color touchscreen puts setup controls beside the working area.

Match the machine to the actual tube, not just its nominal diameter. Send the material, outside and inside diameters, wall thickness, length range, tolerance and recurring quantity. We test feeding, cut-end condition and measured length, then return a trial video and the configuration for your approval.

WM-609 is supplied and quoted as its own cutting-only machine. Its production task is feeding, cutting and outfeed; no inkjet printer is included.

WM-609 — common questions

How is WM-609 different from WM-590?

WM-609 is a separate cutting-only product without an inkjet printer; WM-590 includes inline inkjet printing. WM-609 has a specified cutter-feed stroke of 60 mm, dimensions of 160 × 70 × 150 cm and a weight of approximately 165 kg. We quote WM-609 as its own machine configuration.

What tube sizes, cut lengths and output can we specify?

Send the material, outside and inside diameters, wall thickness, shortest and longest lengths, tolerance and batch quantity. We test your tube and confirm the range, cutting accuracy and production rate on the quote. The 60 mm figure is cutter-feed stroke, not a tube-diameter limit or finished-piece length.

Does it need compressed air?

Yes. The cutting method uses a pneumatic cylinder. Required air pressure and consumption are confirmed on the quote. The electrical supply is 220 V, 50–60 Hz; we set the voltage for your country and ship the English interface and manual.

How do the belts handle soft or corrugated tube?

The opposed crawler belts feed the tube into the cutting station. We run your actual material to check grip, surface marks, deformation and finished length, then show the feed and cut-end result in the trial video.

What happens when the safety cover is opened?

Opening the transparent safety cover stops the machine. Follow the supplied isolation and maintenance procedures before changing the blade or reaching into the mechanism; the guard stop does not replace those procedures.

Is automatic cutting worthwhile for an occasional batch of 1,000 pieces?

A suitable hand cutter and length stop may be sufficient for occasional small batches. Automatic feeding and outfeed become more useful for recurring batches that keep an operator measuring and cutting. Send the batch frequency and required lengths so we can assess the production job with you.

Can this configuration print part numbers or batch codes?

No. WM-609 feeds and cuts the tube without printing a code. Tell us how the cut pieces will be identified or sorted downstream so we can review the complete production job.

How do we obtain replacement blades and belts?

Every quote lists them with unit price and the location they ship from. We identify the parts for your configured machine and include the replacement instructions.
